Shipping Info

General

• The product will be shipped within 24 hrs if the product is in stock.  
• Door-to-door delivery of products will depend on the service area of the above-mentioned partner. 
• In case you want to choose the courier option, call or Whatsapp our customer service at +971 55 144 5880 or email at info@mxgmotorsport.com with your order ID right after you place your order.
• You can also add order notes while purchasing. In cases of non-availability of door delivery, you might have to collect the product from the nearest deliverable area. The courier partner will get in touch with you regarding the same.
• The delivery of the product depends on the delivery capacity of our third-party partner. We will not be held responsible for any delays from their side.
• For orders outside UAE, duty and taxes are to be paid at the time of delivery. All international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities while customs policies vary widely from country to country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance and we recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.

UAE and Oman Shipping

• Next Day Delivery to UAE and Oman.
• Please note that during festival season, public holidays, and sale periods, there may be a slight delay in shipping times. The minimum expected delivery time will be 2 business days, while the maximum expected delivery time will be 5 business days.   
• All our products are shipped at 12:00 PM every day. All orders after this time will be shipped on the next day. For some orders placed before 12:00 PM, same-day delivery is applicable in UAE only.
• Cash on Delivery is accepted for orders within UAE only.

GCC Shipping (Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar)

• 2-day shipping is available to GCC countries. Make sure to select DHL or 2-day shipping method at checkout. DHL partner is preferred to ship to GCC countries, other shipping companies have proved to be slower from past experiences. If you prefer to use other shipping companies, you can contact us directly.
